Alloy Wheel Replacement
SHOULD I REFURBISH OR REPLACE MY DAMAGED ALLOY WHEELS?
Not every damaged wheel can be repaired. Although most aluminum alloys are considered durable, some types of damage can make refurbishing inadvisable or even dangerous. This includes cracked or damaged lugholes, damaged mounting surfaces, or damaged valve stems. When certain problems are present, wheel replacement will be advised. Cutting Edge Colors will not be able to repair any wheel that does not meet industry standard inspection qualification.
Cutting Edge Colors uses the most current technology to determine the integrity of your current damaged alloy wheels before advising replacement. With high-tech testing equipment and extensive industry knowledge, we can accurately determine the integrity of a wheel that has been cracked or bent. If our specialists determine that your alloy wheel cannot be fixed to industry safety standards, we will advise you on every option for replacement.
